Terms & Conditions of Buying Online Through our Website
Items advertised as available from within our on-line ‘shop’ are subject to availability and the listing of an item does not guarantee that we will be able to supply it. This is because all the items for sale are unique and whilst every effort will be made to ensure the shop is kept up to date, there may be an overlap in purchases before an item is shown as being sold. Where an order has been placed for an unavailable item we will immediately contact you to offer a full refund for your purchase or suggest an alternative item.
On-line payments are transacted via PayPal. We hold no information regarding your purchase or payment details on our website and all sensitive information is submitted through the secure PayPal screens. For more information please see Pay Pal Terms & Conditions which are published on their website.
Returns
Items purchased via our website or via the gallery may be returned within 7 days. Unsuitable goods should be sent or delivered to the above address and received in their original condition, fit for re-sale.
The customer is responsible for ensuring goods are suitably packaged for safe return and is liable for the cost of return postage. No responsibility can be accepted by Blossomglassworks for items which are lost or damaged in transit – you are therefore advised to use a reliable delivery method which requires a signature and insure as appropriate.
If you wish to return a purchase please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Subject to the above conditions being met, a refund or exchange will be issued within 14 days (excluding postage costs).
Bespoke commissions
Orders for bespoke commissions may be cancelled within 14 days of the order being placed. Within this period any initial deposit held is fully refundable. After 14 days the customer is responsible for all labour, materials, transportation and other costs incurred by Blossomglassworks in fulfilling the order. This may equate to up to 80% of the total cost of the commission.
Specifications for commissioned works are agreed in writing at the Order stage and may, where possible, be approved by the customer at key stages of production. Please be aware that with production of studio glass, precise outcomes are not always possible but we will always endeavour to achieve the closest match to your requirements.
Receipt of damaged goods
You are advised to check your package for any breakages before accepting delivery. If you have received an item which is damaged please contact us as soon as possible so that we may advise you of the returns procedure.
Please photograph the damaged goods immediately, showing the original packaging and any loose parts. Please include any loose parts in your return package.
A full refund or a replacement will be issued as soon as possible after the defective items are received by us.
